When our founder Ronen Benin was a competitive swimmer, he noticed a distinct correlation between his quality of life, mental state, and overall performance. In order to effectively improve performance, Ronen discovered that it was more than just quality training that athletes need.
Ronen decided to create a precise monitored recovery plan for athletes. Their aim was to identify patterns in lifestyles that may be altered to reduce injury, illness, mental distress, and burnout. In the summer of 2013 Logit’s parent company, RightBlue Labs, was born.
Ronen is a former National level swimmer & coach. He has developed several national record holders & is a recognized speaker on burnout prevention. Ronen holds an HBA (with Distinction and a Certificate in Sustainability) degree from the Ivey Business School. He is an alumnus of both the Next 36 and HYPERDRIVE programs, and has been recognized by the Next 36, Trade Canada, and the Toronto Region Board of Trade as an Emerging Leader.
Daniel's deep understanding for technology and health is accompanied by his experience in building scalable, agile/lean software solutions for an array of industries ranging from law to cyber-security. Daniel is a U of T Computer Science Alumnus. He has a Specialist Degree in Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence, and a Minor in Psychology and Mental Health.
Dan has extensive experience growing businesses in the B2B SaaS market having previously worked at Jonas Software. Formerly, Dan was heavily involved in the financial markets as an Equities and Options Trader. He graduated from the Schulich School of Business with a BBA (Honours) degree in Finance. Dan’s passion for sport technology innovation stems from his lifelong competitive participation in various combat sports including Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay-Thai and MMA.
Daniel is a former National level swimmer. He represented Canada internationally on several occasions and was the original inspiration for the Logit system. Daniel has been active as a business development professional for 6 years and has been a part of 2 successful exits. Daniel graduated from Western University with dual degrees in Management and Psychology. His sports experiences serve as a foundation for him overseeing technology projects that help athletes and coaches reduce burnout risk.
Jenny obtained her doctorate from the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology at the University of Toronto, where she won numerous awards for her research. She holds a patent for cancer therapeutic and has significant health tech commercialization experience. She has managed IP, industry partnerships and commercialization for the top brain tumour research centres in the word and she continues to be actively involved in bringing disruptive innovations to the healthcare market.
Adam Cole has been an executive, senior manager and advisor to some of the world’s most exciting digital health companies. Adam has gone on to be a founder/leader in a number of startup successes including several major funding and exit events. Adam has won many awards including an international ComputerWorld Smithsonian Honors Laureate, first place in the annual Kinetic Process Innovation Awards, awards in innovation, and customer service (Adam’s department scored 100% on the Customer Satisfaction Survey, a first in McKesson history, the world’s largest healthcare company), and IT Professional of the Year. Adam lives in Toronto with his family where they love all manner of outdoor activities.
Cristiano has his Post Doctorate degree in Machine Learning, with an emphasis on Artificial Neural Networks from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. His Ph.D was in Structural Engineering with a focus on developing software for statistical and mathematical modelling of marine structures. He previously worked for 12 years as a consultant at COPPE, the largest engineering research centre in Latin America. Cristiano is passionate about software development and data science as well as having a small mobile game development studio as a hobby.
Mr. Biro is a lawyer, businessman and community leader. He is the President & CEO of Newcon Optik, a world leader in electro-optical equipment. He's the Global Chair of the Jane Goodall Institute, & Co-Founder of Pollination Project.

Dr.Lewis is the Director of Endocrinology & Metabolism and Director at Banting and Best Diabetes Centre at the University of Toronto. He is also the Chair of Sun Life Financial Diabetes and Chair of Drucker Family in Diabetes Research. Dr. Lewis has made discoveries elucidating the mechanism of blood fat abnormalities in diabetes and prediabetic states.
Dr. Wesch has spent most of her life in the area of Sport Performance. A former member & later Head Coach of the Canadian National Women's Sevens Rugby Team, she has a deep understanding of athletes and coaches. Dr. Wesch also owns a Sports Psychology practice & is a faculty member at Western University.
Mr. Hastings is a serial entrepreneur who in 2007 closed the then largest private equity financing round in Canadian history. He was named to the prestegious "Top 40 Under 40" list and currently serves as the CEO of Rebellion Media. Mr. Hastings is a master deal-maker who is also a board member for Communitech.
Dr. Woods is the Engineering Director and Country Product Lead of Google in Canada, and serves on the boards of OMERS Ventures. Dr. Woods holds 12 patents and is a co-founding mastermind behind Quack.com (sold to AOL in 2000). He is a serial entrepreneur who used to be a semi professional hockey player in the 90's for the Kanberra Knights in Australia.

Mr. Bulcke is a professional Canadian football defensive lineman for the Toronto Agronauts. He holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. He is also the founder of FanTravel (sold to TUI Travel PLC).
Dr. Greg Wells is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto in the kinesiology and Anaesthesia departments. Wells leads the Exercise Medicine Research Program at The Hospitial for Sick Children where he studies the limitations of the human body using advanced MRI technologies.
